Description
> For lifting, stacking and transporting 210 litre steel tight head and open top, plastic L & XL ring drums. (Open top drums should always have lid fitted)
> Capacity 750kg (for 2 drum unit - see below)
> Fully automatic operation. Drum grips the rim of the drum even over rough terrain using its unique gripping action
To fix; Clamp the attachment to the forks of the fork lift truck using the two hand tightened clamps
To pick up; Position the attachment so that the lower jaw catches the rim of the drum. As the forks are raised , both jaws automatically close over the rim of the drum and tighten their grip. The drums are now securely clamped and can transported to their new location. The drum grip is maintained even over rough terrain
To release; The drum is lowered to the floor in the required
position and the forklift truck is backed away. The drum grip
automatically disengages
> Please ensure that the rim of the drum is not damaged and is strong enough to be lifted
