Heavy Duty Die and Roller changing Powered Platform Truck.



A bespoke 4000 Kg powered platform truck has been developed for a cardboard manufacturer.

The truck has been developed due to safety concerns whilst handling dies and rollers in production and machine maintenance operations.

The new truck enables a much quicker tool and die turn around thus increasing production.

A specially designed 4000mm long platform has been manufactured to handle the full range of the companies dies. Highly manouverable, the truck is steered by a spring loaded tiller arm.
